

SERVICE PACKAGE ONLY
We provide formally attired waiters and waitresses to setup, serve and cleanup your event. We also provide all linens, china, silverware, stemware, service equipment, and service table skirting and décor. You provide the food. Disposable tableware also available.
DROP OFF SERVICE
We prepare any of our gourmet menus and deliver it to your location in disposable tourines. We will present it artfully on your decorated table, removing it from our hot and cold transit boxes as close to your service time as possible.
MINIMAL SERVICE
We will prepare any of our menus and deliver it to your location with sufficient staff to skirt and decorate your service table, set out the foods and remain through service of the meal and dessert, bus the tables and put away the left overs. This includes disposable tableware.
FULL BUFFET SERVICE
We prepare and transport in our hot and cold boxes any of our menus, provide all service equipment, linens china, silverware, stemware and service table skirting and décor and all service equipment. We arrive two hours before the event to setup, serve, and clean-up your event, normally remaining for up to 5 to serve and one to cleanup. Staying longer would require overtime payment.
FULL SIT DOWN SERVICE
We will provide all foods, equipment, and tableware to serve two courses (salad and main menu) to the tables arriving 2 hours early to setup, serve and cleanup your event and stay up to 5 hours to serve and 1 hour to cleanup.
